Firewall Management
Firewalls safeguard your IT network from illegal or inappropriate access which may harm your systems and critical data. Your own security policy sets the firewall's guidelines and standards, however they must be constantly maintained and monitored. Any firewall breaches or unusual activity must be reported and investigated, and small changes within your company, such as transition of employees or changes to security policies, require the firewall to be updated. All of this is labour intensive and can be a large drain on your time, resources and budget.
ICM's firewall management services can take care of all of this on your behalf. By administering, monitoring and managing your firewalls for you on a 24 x 7 basis, we can ensure the optimum security of your systems. Any health or security events on the network will be fully investigated and analysed by our experienced network analysts, who can then make recommendations to prevent further intrusions and guarantee a safe IT environment for your employees. With ICM's firewall management you're free to concentrate on your business, not your business infrastructure.
