System Management
ICM's System Management services are designed to create an efficient and adaptive infrastructure
that is secure from external hazards and more easily managed by your IT staff. By combining services
such as Capacity Planning with a Hardware and Software Audit, it will not only create an accurate
picture of current systems, but will also offer recommendations of how resources can be reallocated
to create new efficiencies and cost savings.
As well as offering improvements for the current level of services, ICM can make suggestions on how to prepare your IT systems for the future. This can involve implementing new technology which will simplify your existing systems, making management easier and less time consuming.
ICM also has a number of remote services with out of hours cover, giving us the ability to run and monitor important scheduled tasks on behalf of customers, such as audits, software distribution and remote diagnostics.
