E-Mail Recovery

ICM's e-b@k service allows incoming mail to be received at the business continuity centre as soon as the client's recovered email server is connected to the e-b@k Internet connection.

In addition, our service provides clients with a live recovery mail server located at the business continuity centre. This means clients are offered a warm restart for email services, allowing emails to be delivered to individual user's mailboxes ready for immediate access - whatever the circumstances.

Each centre has replicated facilities to make certain every customer has the same consistent service when testing or should they need to invoke in the event of a disaster. Every recovery suite has separate entrances and security locking providing confidentiality and safety to each customer and their employees.

Clients no longer need to wait for the full recovery from tape of the email servers before they can access their emails. With the additional remote access features of e-b@k, customers do not need to be at the business continuity centre, as each individual user can access their own mailbox securely via any Internet browser. Customers will receive the same functionality as their live mail server and users will even see their own address books.
