Telephony Recovery

As well as relocating your employees and having all data, desktops and seats available in our Business Continuity centres , ICM can also provide programmable telephony designed to match office and call centre requirements, with every position in the suite having a dedicated DDI telephone extension.

By working together with other providers such as BT Commsure and GemaTech, ICM is able to provide a sophisticated ACD telephone system and offers an enhanced telecoms Business Continuity service through a single contact.

Following a disaster, voice and data access are reinstated, with calls switched through to an alternative ICM site. As well as routing of incoming calls, standard caller identification processes as held in the customer database can also be made operational to ensure that normal work practices change as little as possible.

Options include fully integrated voice messaging and storage, as well as voice recording functionality.
